What are E-Tickets, and how do they work?

What are E-Tickets?

E-Tickets are 'Electronic' tickets which are emailed to your inbox or sent by SMS to your mobile phone.

Clubtickets E-Tickets have many great benefits including:

- Discounts on door prices (in most cases)
- No paper tickets to lose
- Uber cool! Get fastrack entry through the priority queuing system (usually a separate queue).

How do E-Tickets work?

1. Choose your event

2. Place an order online or over the phone

3. You will receive 2 emails:

- 'Order Received' is your first email. This will advise you that we have received your order and that it is being processed.

- 'Order Confirmed' is your second email. This will have your e-tickets attached to it in Adobe Acrobat pdf format.

You will normally receive your E-Tickets within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please print off them off and read the important information and venue entry instructions. You will need to take your E-Tickets with you to the guest list entrance at the club.

You will be asked to present the original credit card used to buy the tickets and for Ibiza tickets you may be asked for photo ID to prove you are the cardholder. Please check the individual venue door policies on your tickets for the exact requirements.

You can access your User Account through the Clubtickets website and print off your E-Tickets if you lose them. Many other useful features are also available.
