Incorrect ticket details

My tickets are incorrect. What do I do?

If you have made a mistake when ordering your tickets please notify us immediately by email to tickets@clubtickets.com.

Please make sure you contact us at least 24 hours before the event to give us the opportunity to amend your tickets. An administration charge is payable for any amendments as set out below.

We regret that we will be unable to make any changes to your tickets after the event has been taken off sale on our system and no refunds will be possible.

Admin fees are payable per ticket:

Ticket value £1.00 - £15.00 Admin fee £5 per ticket
Ticket value £15.01 - £30.00 Admin fee £7.50 per ticket
Ticket value £30.01 + Admin fee £10 per ticket
